About Rob Hale Fox Rock Foundation

Our mission: The Rob Hale Fox Rock Foundation is the private family foundation established by Karen and Rob Hale to inspire health in our communities and our environment, with more opportunity for all.

Founded by Rob Hale, the Fox Rock Foundation represents a commitment to philanthropy and community development. Rob Hale's vision for the foundation centers on creating lasting positive impact through strategic grant-making and charitable giving. The Rob Hale Fox Rock Foundation serves as a vehicle for the Hale family's dedication to supporting organizations that align with their values of health, opportunity, and environmental stewardship.

The Rob Hale Fox Rock Foundation's name comes from a place much loved by the Hale Family. "Fox Rock" (as first named by the Hales' children and visible in the photo above) is a large rock at the Hales' home visited by wildlife, including foxes. Over the years, it has become a place of both joy and serenity for the family.

The Rob Hale Fox Rock Foundation builds on the giving of Karen and Rob Hale. The foundation supports a wide variety of organizations within four principal areas of giving:
